Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by URLcut.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Content

You may not create short links to content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Contains malware or security threats
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
  • Violates privacy or data protection laws

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly plans are non-refundable

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with API rate limits and usage quotas
  • Keep your API keys secure and confidential
  • Not share or resell API access
  • Follow API documentation and best practices

We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Link Expiration and Deletion

  • Free Plan: Links are now permanent and do not expire
  • Paid Plans: Links are permanent unless deleted by you
  • Account Deletion: All links are deleted 90 days after account deletion

We may delete links that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URLCUT.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URLcut.ai from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse or misuse the Service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
