How accurate are the AI suggestions?
AI suggestions are highly relevant when you provide good context. The AI analyzes your URL structure, page content (Pro), title, and description to generate meaningful slugs. You always have final control to accept, modify, or create your own.
Should I add a title and description?
Yes! Adding context dramatically improves AI suggestions. A good title (up to 60 characters) and description (up to 160 characters) help the AI understand your content and generate more relevant slug options.
Can I create custom slugs without AI?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from Account Settings. Your Pro benefits continue until the billing period ends, then you revert to free tier. Your links remain active.

Yes! You can edit the destination URL, expiration date, password protection, tags, and active status anytime. The short URL slug remains the same to preserve your shared links.
What's the interstitial page on free links?
Free tier links show a brief 3-second branded page before redirecting. This helps support our free tier. Pro users get instant redirects with no interstitial.
Can I customize QR codes?
Free tier: Basic black and white QR codes. Pro tier: Custom colors, add your logo, and download in multiple formats (PNG, SVG). QR codes link directly to your short URL.
How does password protection work?
Add a password to any link. Visitors must enter the password before being redirected. Great for private content, exclusive offers, or limited-access resources.
What analytics data can I track?
Track total clicks, unique visitors, devices (desktop/mobile/tablet), browsers, operating systems, geographic locations, referrers, and clicks over time. All analytics update in real-time.

How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Pricing, click "Upgrade to Pro", complete secure payment via Stripe, and your account is instantly upgraded. Start using Pro features immediately.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us through the contact page to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.
Do you support custom domains?
Custom domain support is coming soon! Currently, all links use the urlcut.ai domain with custom slugs like urlcut.ai/your-brand. Request this feature.
