Per-link views add a geographic bubble map and a 7-by-24 hour-of-week heatmap. Link-preview crawlers (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and similar) are filtered from your headline numbers by default. QR scans are tagged separately from typed link clicks. Basic and Pro users get CSV export; Pro adds permanent data retention.
Do links expire?
By default, links are permanent. However, you can optionally set an expiration date for time-sensitive campaigns. After the expiration date, visitors will see a "link expired" message instead of being redirected.
Can I edit a link after creating it?
Yes, you can edit the destination URL, expiration date, password protection, tags, and active status at any time. The short URL slug remains the same to preserve any links you've already shared.
How does password protection work?
Pro users can add password protection to any link. Visitors must enter the correct password before being redirected to the destination URL. Passwords are securely hashed using BCrypt, we never store them in plain text.
